This product is a three-layer composite film composed of ultrafine polyolefin fiber non-woven fabric (surface layer) and polypropylene microporous membrane (core layer) as the substrate, and is made of exhaust square nickel cadmium battery special separator by radiation grafting of acrylic acid and sodium styrene sulfonate. This product has excellent isolation performance and moderate breathability, with a breathability rate equivalent to about 1% of conventional non-woven membranes, which is beneficial for the preparation of maintenance free or low maintenance exhaust square nickel cadmium alkaline batteries. This product is easy to use and will not cause misalignment or wrinkles.
